Becoming More Self-Aware
Self-awareness lies at the root of character and gives us purpose, openness, trust and authenticity. Some of the best ways to build Self-awareness include meditation, goal setting, psychometric assessments, asking for feedback and speaking to people you trust. In the end we all want ‘self –awareness’. Only with it can we travel towards ‘self- congruence’ in which one feels, speaks and thinks the same thing. Building Self-awareness is a lifelong exercise.
