Simulation: A simulation comes in two major parts: first, how you actually simulate, and second, how you deliver the simulation itself. One of the best ways to truly simulate a work environment is to deliver the simulation in an unscheduled or unannounced way. Many situations in the workplace occur without warning. A simulation that takes on this feeling can be created where participants will learn to think and respond quickly and rationally using the information they have already gained in their training programs. Real elements within the simulation can also be added to unscheduled simulation. For example, real customers and actual situations based on real events will be considered and changes can be made to these simulations regularly based on the occurrences in the real world.
