"Effective Listening Skills" is a one-day course that will give you the skills to strategically listen and become an active listener.

When was the last time you believed that you were not getting your point across or that someone was just not listing to you? Well, you're not alone. We are all interacting one way or another at work but we may or may not be communicating clearly to get our points across.
