We are looking for a well-experienced Key Account Manager to handle our Customers.

Desired Skills & Experience

As a Key Account Manager, you have the opportunity to Build and maintain relationship with existing and new clients, both individuals and organizations, to grow the existing business and bring in new assignments.

Key Performance Indicators:

Research and identify prospects from multiple sources and water down large volumes of data into usable and sales relevant information.

Make telephone and face to face cold calls following well defined metrics with specific sales funnel conversion ratios.

Follow and maintain a series of sales, business development and process related reports to ensure perfect organization, accessibility and retrieval of information.

Ensure achievement of annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily targets both with respect to revenue as well as other performance related metrics.

Work closely with the clients to ensure greater sales effectiveness as well as successful execution of assignments.

Represent Bodhih in its completeness to both individual clients and client organizations by ensuring the company’s philosophy, competence and credibility are well established.

Job Description

Identifying new sales leads (International Business)

Pitching products and/or services

Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients

Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions in the organisation

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments with the company’s products

Developing quotes and proposals

Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person

Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Maintain accurate reports in a timely manner

Desired Skills & Experience

Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal)

Ability to follow the entire sales process from cold calling to sales closure

Ability to understand client requirements, document them and report them effectively

Plan effectively to ensure the successful meeting of set target

Effective interaction with other teams and managers to provide client with required information to ensure sales closures

Computer proficiency (non domain specific and geared towards business effectiveness)
