Result-Orientation And Objective Setting

An objective is a specific step, a milestone, which enables you to accomplish a goal. Setting objectives involves a continuous process of research and decision-making. Knowledge of yourself and your unit is a vital starting point in setting objectives.

This course provides the participants with the knowledge and skills around setting effective objectives. It supports the delegates to get to grips with planning performance and development. However the skills learned in this workshop can be transferred to all situations where planning is required. This workshop will also help line managers in their role of planning performance with their team.
