Ever wondered why some people just seem to land in their feet when developing their career? Is it luck or are there skills to ensuring you get the opportunities you want and deserve? Well, there are ways of ensuring you have an advantage in the business, and this is precisely what our new personal and career development workshop aims to do.

This workshop will help peoplerecognize the changes in the internal employment market, the personal aspirationsand demands of our people and put in place training and development to meet these needs.

A far cry from the traditional paternalistic approach, the workshop encourages our people to take ownership of their personal and career development and be proactive in the internal market.

Personal and Career Development training program can be offered to Corporate Clients, SMEs, Colleges and Private and Public establishments across India. All our programs are customized to suit the participants’ training needs. A detailed Training Design Document will be sent before the implementation of this training program.
