There is no denying that a major change is taking place in the lives of business leaders as many of them are incorporating spirituality more comprehensively with their work.

Down the hierarchical line in an organization that runs spirituality enhancement programs for its employees, there is a marked change in the level of not just joy, peace, serenity, job satisfaction, and commitment but also productivity, absenteeism and staff turnover.
