Developing Team and Business Congruence

Developing team and their values is important because the shape of any organization is determined by the values held and acted upon by the leadership team. Too often, teams are formed merely by gathering some people together and then hoping that those people somehow find a way to work together. Teams are most effective when carefully designed.

This workshop will enable and empower teams to develop sharper and bigger shared visions, to more clearly define their missions, to identify guiding principles that will support them in working together more cohesively, to solve organizational and team problems, and to design strategic plans and action steps that will turn their visions into reality.

We work with our clients to define their needs and structure the workshops to achieve what they identify as a successful outcome. All our programs are customized to suit the participants’/organization’s training requirements. A detailed Training Design Document will be sent before the implementation of this training program.

This training program can be delivered as an in-house classroom training or fun-filled Out-bound Training with games and activities.
