  • Siddharthan VGJ

    Founder and CEO of Bodhih, Comes with over 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, Customer service and Training with exposure in Logistics, Real-estate and Publishing Industries is a training facilitator, coach and mentor.

    Started his career as a sales professional, progressed in management to find his passion in training and development;  as a sales and management professional dealing with different people, he was fascinated by the people factor in organizational development and business success, very early in his career. That encouraged him to become an enthusiastic student of human Psychology and the adult learning process. Since then he has invested in his passion to become a sought after trainer in the most crucial areas of behavioral change and soft skills development.

    He has worked with organizations and people from many cultural backgrounds having widely traveled across India, working with Logistics, Real-estate and Publishing Industries for over 15 years.

    As a trainer, Siddharthan has experience in both the development of instructional design and delivery of a wide range of training programs. From interactive lectures to highly activity-based and experiential learning approaches he has addressed a wide variety of audiences over the last few years. His specialist training areas include selling skills, leadership, soft skills, team building, campus to corporate programs, and personal effectiveness.

    Graduated from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore, a diploma holder in International Trade from SBMJC, Bangalore (affiliated course - NMIT Australia) is also an NLP Master Practitioner.

    He worked for Getit Info Services Ltd, as National Training Manager, before becoming a full time Training Consultant.

    Siddharthan has delivered customized training programs for organizations such as Getit Info Services Ltd, KTDA, ITC Ltd, Compact UPS, Metro, Econz, SICM, UMC and CMR. He has coached and mentored the in-house facilitators, managers and individual.

    Manoharan is our Training Head - Bodhih Training Solutions is an Enthusiastic and Energetic Training professional with an excellent track record of 27 years; Manoharan has worked with leading Indian and multi-national organizations, leading teams of professionals in achieving organizational goals.

    He has held responsible positions in, Training and development, operations management, Trainer capability development, Consulting, Client Servicing, Training Performance Solution, Performance enhancement Coaching, HR Functions and Business development.

    In his 11+ years as a learning & development professional, he has worked with top national and international organisations like NIS Sparta Ltd, Bharti Airtel Service Ltd, Hindustan Lever, Parke Davis India Ltd. (PFIZER). 

    He has been instrumental in training over 6,000 people in Front-line, Supervisory, Middle Management & Senior Management levels from the industrial segments of Telecom, Pharmaceutical, Retail, FMCG, Services, Consumer Durable, and Automobile etc.

    Besides conducting and facilitating training workshops, he also carries with him rich experience in the areas of Trainer Capability Development & Content Development.

    Exposure to Training Design and Management, Training Delivery, Consultant Activities, Client servicing and relationship, People Management and Training, Process Quality Audit, and HR Activities like Recruitment, Selection and Training are his added strength.

He is a passionate trainer who has excellent communication skills and is totally committed to the learning and development of participants.

    He has an undying passion for transforming the lives of students and bringing about a change in the entire academic scenario.Being an Ex from INDIAN AIR FORCE his three past generations also served mother land hence loyalty and commitment flows in his blood.

    He has raised the confidence of followers and has made them understand that tough times are part of life and that they will come out better at the end of it.He has sustained their hope, and their energy levels to handle the difficult days.   • Kichu Krishnan

          

    Kichu Krishnan has been coaching people since 1979.     A result oriented professional with 10 years of experience in the Service and ITES industry, Job has been involved in industries such as Restaurant Management (KFC and Pizza Hut) and business process outsourcing (Hero ITES, Tele performance and Dell International Services).

    He has been delivering training programs to diverse audiences ranging from MBA students in the education sector to Middle management professionals in the corporate world.

    Job is a graduate in English Literature, is a certified BPI Yellow Belt holder with a personal recognition from Michael Dell and has successfully completed T.T.T for Language and Soft Skills training. In his previous job assignment, he was associated with the World-famous Dale Carnegie Training India and was endorsed to deliver their programs. Job believes in bringing business relevance in all his training programmes and his constant endeavour is to give exceptional value to each and every one of the participants in the training room.
