Training Methodology

  • Training Needs Analysis

     

    Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is an essential first step in the training programs if you wish to achieve the greatest improvement in performance and best value from your investment in training & development.

    A comprehensive training needs analysis is the basis for designing an effective training program. The process would provide us an objective information and strategic guidance at every stage of the training program that would help one to measure and manage the progress.

    This can incorporate a 360° feedback survey, or an analysis of current corporate needs. At BodhiH, we identify the employer needs to perform a particular task, what are the knowledge & skills required to do that, assess current knowledge levels to identify the gap, and write up the training recommendation.

  • Design a framework

     

    After understanding that training is the potential solution & defining the objective, BodhiH team will design a frame to achieve the objective and plan the training agenda in a logical and teachable module.

  • Content Development and Customization

     

    During this process, we create materials for learners and trainers based on the design framework, which was derived originally from the objectives of the training needs analysis. Materials like Agenda, PPT, Audios & Videos, material for various activities & games, Instruments, trainer’s notes, handouts, pre-tests and post tests learners’ evaluation and assessment are used.

  • Training Delivery

     

    To achieve the objectives, training is delivered to the learners using adult learning principles by encouraging participation and sharing of knowledge through facilitation.

    The training programs will be filled with activities, games, brainstorming, group discussions, debates, and videos that would shake the trainees from their comfort    zone to actively participate & gain maximum out of everv session.

  • Training Evaluation

     

    To gauge the effectiveness of the training and achieve the set objectives, we evaluate our training through trainer, learners, meeting with supervisors after the training and assessment questionnaires.

    A module for continual learning and/or process for implementation of the learnt knowledge, post-training could be also worked out.
